What we collect

Account details you give us (name, email, and optionally a phone number and address), the listings you create, and the bookings you make. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored by Botties.

Location

Listings display a broad area only — for example “North London”. Full postcodes and precise addresses are never shown publicly or returned by our public APIs.

What we share

When a booking is confirmed, the renter and owner are given the contact details they need to arrange handover. We do not sell personal data.

We use Supabase for our database and authentication, Stripe for payments, and Resend for transactional email. Each processes data on our behalf to provide the service.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account by emailing support@botties.co.

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for signing in and keeping you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
